Despite being partner, Henrik’s personality does not dominate. On the contrary, he resembles of Gyro Gearloose - always thinking of new ideas. Also, Henrik is known to be a bit absent-minded - maybe because his brilliant mind is always working over.

Love led Erik to Denmark and he has now settled down in Aarhus with his girlfriend.
After finishing his MSc. in Molecular Biology from the University of Gothenburg, his hometown in Sweden, he spent four years researching diabetes at Ludwig-Maximilian University in Munich.
Moreover, Erik has experience in applying statistical and data scientific methods to tackle problems in life science. Erik looks forward to making use of his background and turn it into successful applications for our clients.

Trine is part of the Aarhus team and brings a broad knowledge within business development, innovation management and development economics.
She has a deep interesting in trade across borders and a strong curiosity for cultural differences which is why Trine went abroad twice within the last years; first to China and then to Ghana.
Trine has been growing up in Denmark, but as half Norwegian she spends most holidays in the lovely city, Mandal, in the South of Norway. When she is not working or traveling, Trine enjoys playing volleyball with friends.

Frederik has a background in digital design, aesthetic theory and computer science and is a part of our team in Aarhus. With prior experience in the fields of design and software development, and a passion for anything academic, Frederik loves diving into new fields of knowledge and help people frame their problems as well their research proposals.
Frederik has also experienced the startup environment first-hand working on developing virtual reality programmes for the Danish health sector.

Alejandro Garrido Rosa

Alejandro first joined Nordic Innovators working remotely from Barcelona developing successful EU proposals. His academic background is in applied economics, social research and public policy. However, recently he and his American girlfriend decided to move to the US to explore new adventures. After a few months, luckily for us, Alejandro re-joined the Nordic Innovators’ family and is now primarily involved with the Norwegian programme
Alejandro is accustomed to living in different places – He grew up in Venezuela, spent 4 years in Peru expanding his research expertise and bot least exploring the country throughout before coming to Barcelona – and now the US is home – at least for now.
When work is not on his mind, he enjoys traveling, reading and doing all sorts of outdoor activities.
Ask Gram Franck
Ask is a dedicated and compassionate individual. He already regards Nordic Innovators as his second home, and is now busy applying his writing skills and broad knowledge for our clients, while constantly looking for areas of improvement.
When he’s not working, you might find Ask in a hammock in the forest, playing classical piano, bouncing ideas off his friends, getting lost in the big picture, descending a Wikipedia/YouTube rabbit-hole on physics, or engaging in exercise ranging from yoga and dancing to MMA and strength training.

Dyveke’s background is perfect match in Nordic Innovators’ cultural diversity – She was born and raised in Bergen; however, her roots are also mix of Egyptian, Swedish and German.
Dyveke is a curious and knowledge thirsty soul! She has a bachelor’s degree in European studies and now she is studying Business Law with only one year left – and between her studies she enjoys helping the Norwegian office with writing application.
Her biggest passion is animals, especially dogs and carries out obedience classes at a dog school. Her goal is to put one of her two dogs through training so it can be a certified search and rescue dog in the future.

His background in film and media has motivated Hannibal’s curiosity and great understanding of new and digital media. His many years of experience with communication in several fields has given him an all-round understanding of the power of channelling the right message through the right media.
Hannibal uses this experience to among others write and produce compelling pitch videos for our clients in connection with their soft funding applications and to help strengthen our digital strategy.
When work does not occupy him, he lives the life of an old man in a young man’s body by being the youngest person on his spinning team and by enjoying watching old films all the way back to the silent era.

While pursuing a MSc. in Industrial Engineering and Management at the Technical University of Denmark, Veronika is our student assistant and is helping out at the Vedbaek office and doing her thesis.
Veronika came to Denmark because of the great quality and practical approach of the higher education and fell in love with the country. She enjoys the cycling culture and the extremely large emphasis on sustainability, the latter one has completely changed her lifestyle. Tereza is our student assistant at the Aarhus office while studying MSc. Business Intelligence at Aarhus University. She will assist us in initiating internal business intelligence activities such as data gathering, analysis and data visualisations.
Tereza is from the Czech Republic but has been living in Denmark for the last 4 years. She enjoys the Scandinavian culture and outdoor activities, such as cycling, hiking and tennis. On calmer days, yoga, books, sewing or board games take over.view linkedin profile
Kris Eriksen Olsen
Concurrently with school, Kris is student assistent at our Norwegian office helping the consultants with the Norwegian funding programmes.
Kris is studying finance at BI Norwegian Business School. Alongside school, he has worked with stock analysis and coding, something that really interest him.
Despite limited spare time, he tries to stay active and does a lot of strength training or plays handball and of course during the winter season, he spends much time in the mountains skiing.
